Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

As long as your order has not been handed over to the carrier, you may request its cancellation by contacting our customer service team as soon as possible and providing your order number. Once the parcel has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible; however, you may exercise your right of withdrawal after receiving the product. Requests to modify an order (such as changing the delivery address or the contents of the cart) submitted after the order has been confirmed cannot be guaranteed.
