General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Last updated: July 2026
ARTICLE 1 – Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the ‘GTC’) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by the Seller with non-professional buyers (‘ Customers or the Customer”), who wish to purchase the products offered for sale (“The Products”) by the Seller on the website https://www.wispeed.net. The Products offered for sale on the website are as follows:
Electric scooters, electric balance bikes, electric-assist bicycles, accessories and spare parts.
The main characteristics of the Products, including in particular the specifications, illustrations and details of dimensions or capacity, are set out on the website https://www.wispeed.net, which the Customer is required to review before placing an order.
The choice and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Product offers are subject to availability, as specified at the time of placing the order.
These Terms and Conditions are available at any time on the website https://www.wispeed.net and shall take precedence over any other document.
The Customer declares that they have read these Terms and Conditions and accepted them by ticking the box provided for this purpose before proceeding with the online ordering process on the website https://www.wispeed.net.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded in the Seller’s computer system shall constitute proof of all transactions concluded with the Customer.
The Seller’s contact details are as follows:
LOGICOM, SA
Share capital: 1,052,500 euros
Registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 393923982
55 Rue de Lisbonne, 75008 Paris

ARTICLE 2 – Prices
The Products are supplied at the current prices shown on the website https://www.wispeed.net at the time the order is registered by the Seller.
Prices are quoted in euros and include VAT.
The prices take into account any discounts that may be offered by the Seller on the website https://www.wispeed.net
These prices are fixed and non-negotiable during their period of validity; however, the Seller reserves the right, outside this period, to amend the prices at any time.
Prices do not include processing, dispatch, transport and delivery charges, which are invoiced as additional costs, in accordance with the terms set out on the website and calculated prior to the order being placed.
The payment required from the Customer corresponds to the total amount of the purchase, including these charges.
An invoice is issued by the Seller and is accessible via the Customer’s online account.
ARTICLE 3 – Orders
It is the Customer’s responsibility to select the Products they wish to order on the website https://www.wispeed.net, in accordance with the following procedures:
The Customer selects a product and adds it to their basket; they may remove or amend this product before confirming their order and accepting these general terms and conditions of sale. They will then enter their details or log in to their account and select the delivery method. Once the details have been confirmed, the order will be considered final and payment will be required from the Customer in accordance with the specified terms.
Product offers are valid whilst they remain visible on the website, subject to availability.
The sale shall only be deemed valid upon full payment of the price. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the accuracy of the order and to report any errors immediately.
Any order placed on the website https://www.wispeed.net constitutes the formation of a distance contract between the Customer and the Seller.
The Customer may track the progress of their order on the website.
The Customer may only cancel an order prior to delivery of the Products (irrespective of the provisions regarding whether or not the statutory right of withdrawal provided for in ARTICLE 7 applies).
ARTICLE 3A – Customer Area – Account
In order to place an order, the Customer is invited to create an account (personal area).
To do so, they must register by completing the form provided at the time of placing their order and undertake to provide truthful and accurate information regarding their personal details and contact information, in particular their email address.
The Customer is responsible for keeping the information provided up to date. They are advised that they may amend this information by logging into their account.
To access their personal account and order history, the Customer must log in using their username and password, which are strictly personal. As such, the Customer must not disclose them to anyone. Should they do so, they shall remain solely liable for any use made of them.
The Customer may also request to unsubscribe by visiting the dedicated page in their personal account or by sending an email to: contact@logicom-europe.com. This will take effect within a reasonable period of time.
In the event of a breach of the general terms and conditions of sale and/or use, the website https://www.wispeed.net shall be entitled to suspend or even close a customer’s account following a formal notice sent electronically which has remained unheeded.
Any deletion of an account, for whatever reason, results in the complete deletion of all the Customer’s personal information, subject to the statutory retention periods set out in ARTICLE 9.
The Seller shall not be held liable for any event due to force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the website or server, subject to any interruption or modification due to maintenance.
By creating an account, you accept these general terms and conditions of sale.
ARTICLE 4 – Terms of payment
The price is paid via a secure payment method, in accordance with the following terms:
· Payment by credit card
The price is payable in full by the Customer on the day the order is placed.
Payment details are transmitted in encrypted form using the protocol defined by the authorised payment service provider handling banking transactions carried out on the website https://www.wispeed.net.
Payments made by the Customer shall only be considered final once the Seller has actually received the sums due.
The Seller shall not be obliged to dispatch the Products ordered by the Customer if the Customer fails to pay the full price in accordance with the terms set out above.
ARTICLE 5 – Deliveries
The Products ordered by the Customer will be delivered to mainland France or to the following areas:
Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Germany.
Deliveries will be made within 48 to 72 hours to the address provided by the Customer when placing their order on the website.
Delivery is deemed to have taken place upon the transfer to the Customer of physical possession or control of the Product. Except in special circumstances or where one or more Products are unavailable, the Products ordered will be delivered in a single consignment.
The Seller undertakes to use its best endeavours to deliver the Products ordered by the Customer within the timeframes specified above.
If the Products ordered have not been delivered within 30 days of the online purchase, for any reason other than force majeure or the Customer’s fault, the sale may be rescinded at the Customer’s written request in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles L.216-2, L.216-3 and L.241-4 of the Consumer Code. Any sums paid by the Customer will then be refunded to them no later than fourteen (14) days following the date of termination of the contract, excluding any compensation or deductions.
Deliveries are carried out by an independent carrier to the address specified by the Customer at the time of ordering and to which the carrier can easily gain access.
In accordance with Articles L.216-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to the Customer at the moment when the Customer, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier proposed by the Seller, takes physical possession of the Products.
The Customer is advised to check the condition of the packaging and the Products at the time of delivery. In the event of apparent damage or missing items resulting from transport, the Customer is asked to make specific, dated reservations with the carrier and to inform the Seller as soon as possible – in principle within 3 working days – enclosing any relevant supporting evidence (such as photographs), by email to contact@logicom-europe.com or glisse_urbaine@logicom-europe.com.
The absence of reservations at the time of delivery does not deprive the Customer of the right to subsequently invoke the statutory guarantees referred to in ARTICLE 8 (statutory guarantee of conformity and guarantee against hidden defects), which remain fully applicable. However, it may make it more difficult to prove that damage occurred during transport.
The Seller shall refund or replace, in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code and in ARTICLE 8 of these GTC, any Products delivered where a lack of conformity or hidden defects have been duly established by the Customer.
ARTICLE 6 – Transfer of Ownership
Title to the Products shall pass from the Seller to the Customer only upon full payment of the price by the latter, regardless of the date of delivery of the said Products. The transfer of risk is governed by ARTICLE 5.
ARTICLE 7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal from a distance contract, without having to give any reason for their decision or bear any costs other than those set out below.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which the Customer, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the Product. Where the order comprises several Products delivered separately, the period begins to run from the date of receipt of the last Product.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised using the withdrawal form attached hereto and also available on the website, or by any other unambiguous statement expressing the intention to withdraw, sent to the Seller at the postal or email address specified in ARTICLE 1.
Where the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Customer shall return or hand over the Products to the Seller without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days following notification of their decision to withdraw.
The direct costs of returning the Products shall be borne by the Customer. Given their nature and size, certain Products (in particular electric scooters, bicycles and balance bikes) may not be returnable by standard post; the cost of the return will then depend on the method of dispatch and the carrier chosen by the Customer and shall be borne by the Customer.
The Products must be returned in a condition suitable for resale, complete and accompanied by the purchase invoice. However, the Customer shall only be held liable in the event of any depreciation of the Products resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the Products. In such a case, the Seller is entitled to deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to this depreciation.
The Seller shall refund the Customer the full amount paid, including standard delivery charges — with the exception of any additional costs arising, where applicable, from the Customer’s choice of a delivery method more expensive than the standard method offered — without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Seller is notified of the decision to withdraw.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the Products have been recovered or until the Customer has provided proof of their dispatch, whichever occurs first. The refund shall be made using the same method of payment as that used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method that does not incur any costs for them.
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised, in particular, for the supply of Products made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, as well as in the other cases of exclusion provided for by law.
ARTICLE 8 – Statutory Warranties – Seller’s Liability
Notwithstanding the right of withdrawal provided for in ARTICLE 7, the Products supplied by the Seller are automatically covered, at no extra cost, by:
· the statutory guarantee of conformity, subject to the conditions set out in Articles L.217-3 to L.217-32 of the Consumer Code, for Products that do not comply with the contract or are defective in conformity;
· the statutory guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code, for defects arising from a fault in materials, design or manufacture affecting the Products and rendering them unfit for purpose.
The trader liable under these guarantees is LOGICOM, SA, 55 rue de Lisbonne, 75008 Paris, email: contact@logicom-europe.com / glisse_urbaine@logicom-europe.com, telephone: [TO BE COMPLETED].
The consumer has a period of two years from the delivery of the goods to invoke the statutory guarantee of conformity should a lack of conformity arise. During this period, the consumer is only required to establish the existence of the lack of conformity and not the date on which it first appeared.
Where the contract for the sale of the goods provides for the continuous supply of digital content or a digital service for a period exceeding two years, the statutory guarantee applies to that digital content or digital service throughout the agreed supply period. During this period, the consumer is only required to establish the existence of the lack of conformity affecting the digital content or digital service, and not the date on which it first appeared.
The statutory guarantee of conformity entails an obligation on the trader, where applicable, to provide all updates necessary to maintain the conformity of the goods.
The statutory guarantee of conformity entitles the consumer to have the goods repaired or replaced within thirty days of their request, free of charge and without significant inconvenience to them.
If the goods are repaired under the statutory guarantee of conformity, the consumer is entitled to a six-month extension of the original guarantee.
If the consumer requests that the goods be repaired but the seller insists on replacement, the statutory guarantee of conformity is renewed for a period of two years from the date of replacement of the goods.
The consumer may obtain a reduction in the purchase price whilst retaining the goods, or terminate the contract and receive a full refund upon returning the goods, if:
1° The trader refuses to repair or replace the goods;
2° The repair or replacement of the goods takes place after a period of thirty days;
3° The repair or replacement of the goods causes significant inconvenience to the consumer, in particular where the consumer is permanently liable for the costs of returning or collecting the non-conforming goods, or where they bear the costs of installing the repaired or replacement goods;
4° The lack of conformity of the goods persists despite the seller’s unsuccessful attempt to bring them into conformity.
The consumer is also entitled to a price reduction or to the termination of the contract where the lack of conformity is so serious that it justifies an immediate price reduction or termination of the contract. In such cases, the consumer is not required to request repair or replacement of the goods beforehand.
The consumer is not entitled to rescind the contract if the lack of conformity is minor.
Any period during which the goods are out of service for the purposes of repair or replacement suspends the remaining term of the guarantee until the goods are returned in good working order.
The rights set out above arise from the application of Articles L. 217-1 to L. 217-32 of the Consumer Code.
A seller who, in bad faith, obstructs the enforcement of the statutory guarantee of conformity is liable to a civil fine of up to 300,000 euros, which may be increased to up to 10 per cent of the average annual turnover (Article L. 241-5 of the Consumer Code).
The consumer is also entitled to the statutory guarantee against hidden defects pursuant to Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code, for a period of two years from the discovery of the defect. This guarantee entitles the consumer to a price reduction if the goods are retained, or to a full refund upon return of the goods.
For further information, the statutory guarantee of conformity applies for two (2) years from the date of delivery of the Product. For a new Product, any lack of conformity arising within this period of twenty-four (24) months is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery; for a second-hand Product, this presumption period is twelve (12) months. Within these time limits, the Customer is not required to prove the date on which the defect first appeared.
To invoke any of these statutory guarantees, the Customer must notify the Seller in writing (by post or email using the contact details in ARTICLE 1) as soon as the lack of conformity or hidden defect is discovered.
Where bringing the Product into conformity requires it to be returned, the costs of returning the Product incurred under the statutory guarantees shall be borne by the Seller. In accordance with Articles L.241-6 and D.217-1 of the Consumer Code, the Customer shall not be required to arrange or bear the cost of transporting the Product other than by post. The Seller shall repair, replace or refund, at no cost to the Customer, any Products deemed non-compliant or affected by a defect, subject to the conditions set out in the box above.
Statutory guarantees do not cover damage resulting from misuse, use for professional purposes, negligence or a failure to maintain the Product on the part of the Customer, normal wear and tear of the Product, an accident or an event of force majeure; these situations are subject to the assessment provided for in the aforementioned legislation.
The photographs and graphics displayed on the website are not contractually binding and do not engage the Seller’s liability.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with the applicable legislation in the country of delivery where this is outside France.
ARTICLE 9 – Personal Data
